We are not responsible for mishandled or lost orders in the mail. All packages can be traced from the https://www.pochta.ru/tracking website to confirm the package was shipped and left the country of origin. When the package arrives in the destination country the postal service is responsible for handling the package, from that point on you can trace the package on your country's website. If they fail to deliver your mail please file a complaint or a claim with your local post office. All mail 'returned to sender' for any reason can be resent again for additional shipping payment.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
